Kidney Dialysis Foundation (KDF)’s Wish list that patients provided. AWAK matched the personal donations from the awesome Team AWAK to fulfil wishes of some of the dialysis patients at KDF. KDF provides subsidised dialysis treatment to needy patients in Singapore as well as public education for awareness of kidney and kidney-related diseases.
