Last week, our India team went on a team-building fitness event.
In between our hectic days, we will always find ways to keep everyone active both mentally and physically. Staying fit is the mantra for productivity and through such activities, our team gets to build morale and camaraderie while keeping the body healthy.
Promoting fitness is beneficial for employee wellness. Even taking a 3–5 minute break per day to do stretching and breathing exercises can increase efficiency.
